Project Manager

Advanced skills in using data analysis tools such as Excel. Project Management Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Experience in tracking project progress and driving tasks to completion. IT Knowledge Familiarity with IT operations, systems, and infrastructure. Familiarity with IT key performance metrics (lagging and leading indicators) Reporting Ability to create comprehensive and visually appealing reports and dashboards Proficiency in report generation tools and techniques (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI,). Critical Thinking Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, patterns, and insights. Ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable recommendations. Attention To Detail High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and report generation. Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Business Acumen Understanding of key business metrics and how they relate to IT performance. Ability to align IT activities with business objectives and goals.
