Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Do

• Store, retrieve, and manipulate data to support analysis of system capabilities, business requirements, and operational performance.

• Manage the timely flow of business intelligence information to internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Analyze business and system information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications, layouts, and peripheral equipment needs.

• Develop and direct software system testing, validation procedures, programming efforts, and associated documentation.

• Modify existing software to correct errors, optimize performance, or enable compatibility with new hardware.

• Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and other team members to design technology solutions and align on project limitations, requirements, and interfaces.

• Design, develop, and enhance software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical modeling to predict impact and measure outcomes.

• Upgrade, enhance, or adapt existing software interfaces to improve system efficiency and performance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field( or equivalent experience).

• Experience with business intelligence tools, data management, and analytics methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in data manipulation, reporting, and database systems.

• Understanding of software development, testing, and validation processes.

• Ability to solve complex problems using analytical and mathematical techniques.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
