Business Development Manage (Hybrid-Remote) – Job Description As a Business Development Manager for Pillar To Post Home Inspection, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships with real estate professionals. Your focus is to generate new business, strengthen partnerships with realtors, and increase referrals. Qualifications
  • Proven success in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in real estate or home services.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and how home inspections fit into the process.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities Strategic
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase revenue and market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top realtors, brokers, and real estate teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to improve strategies and results.
  • Manage budget and resources effectively for maximum ROI.
Tactical
  • Conduct daily outreach (calls, emails, meetings) with realtors and industry partners.
  • Organize office visits, Lunch & Learns, and CE classes to educate and engage realtors.
  • Attend and sponsor real estate networking events, open houses, and industry gatherings.
  • Maintain an active online presence, including social media engagement and digital marketing efforts.
  • Track, manage, and reorder marketing materials as needed.
  • Assist realtors in hosting First-Time Buyer & Seller seminars.
  • Participate in weekly inspector meetings to align marketing and business growth efforts.
Performance Metrics
  • New Business Acquisition – Growth in new realtor partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth – Increased sales from new and repeat clients.
  • Conversion Rate – Leads converted into paying customers.
  • Client Retention – Maintaining and growing realtor engagement.
  • Event & Meeting Participation – Number of direct interactions with real estate professionals.
  • Customer Feedback & Satisfaction – Realtor insights to improve service offerings.
