Business Development Manager - B2B Construction Tech Startup | 100% Remote

We're an innovative, stealth-mode software startup on a mission to revolutionize the construction industry. We're seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help bring our groundbreaking solutions to market. This is a 100% commission-based role with potential earnings between $115,560 and $192,600 annually, based on closing 3-5 new clients per month. Additionally, stock options may be offered for exceptional performance, giving you the opportunity to share in the success you help build!

What You'll Do

Be the face of our solution: Clearly communicate the value and capabilities of our innovative software to construction professionals, including general contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
Build meaningful relationships: Identify and connect with decision-makers to develop strong partnerships within the construction industry.
Analyze the market: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors, providing actionable insights to drive strategy.
Drive sales success: Leverage tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo to generate leads, qualify prospects, and collaborate with leadership to close deals.
Tell the story: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase how our software solves real-world construction challenges.
Grow a team: Work with the executive team to build and lead a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

Proven experience: 5+ years in business development, ideally within the construction industry.
Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
A sales track record: Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and build lasting client relationships.
Communication skills: Exceptional presentation and communication abilities tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical mindset: The ability to translate research into strategic actions.
