Business Analyst 
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity to candidates local to Framingham, MA or within a commutable distance. 

About this Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support our team in performing complex data analysis and providing operational support. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Excel and data entry, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment while gaining valuable experience in data management and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform complex and routine ad hoc analysis in Excel to support business and IT end users.
• Provide support for customers via telephone operator, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with documentation and detailed task management to ensure thorough records.
• Collaborate with team members at all levels within the organization to ensure smooth operations.

Job Skills/Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and apply findings to deployment scheduling.
• Excellent issue and risk management capabilities, with clear communication of issues and status updates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation of tasks.

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $35 - $40/hr
