Your role in our team

  • You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Executive management and other senior staff.
  • You will organize meetings and events as requested, including preparation of agendas, preparation of meeting rooms.
  • You will perform office tasks including basic bookkeeping, supporting invoicing, entering data, and drafting letters, memos, reports and other documents as assigned.
  • You will request information from vendors and enter or update vendor master data.
  • You will assist with researching and collection of past due invoices, communicating with customers.
  • You will reconcile vendor statements.
  • You will assist in the collection of Sales Tax Exemption from Customers.
  • You will be backup support for reception duties as assigned.

Your profile

  • You have a High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • You have 2+ years of related experience
  • You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • You have experience in Power BI and Project
  • You can work independently and organize workload
