Job Description

Description of the role: The Breakfast Attendant at Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton is responsible for ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging food displays and coffee stations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout breakfast hours.
Ensure food items and supplies are well-stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
Assist guests with their breakfast selections and provide recommendations when asked.
Clear tables and clean up spills to maintain a neat and tidy breakfast area.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to answer guest questions accurately.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
