Tempest Elite is an Oklahoma City–based marketing firm that helps clients grow through targeted outreach, relationship-driven brand representation, and lead generation . We believe in professionalism, integrity, and developing talent from the ground up.

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Brand Ambassador to represent our clients in professional business environments , including events, campaigns, scheduled office visits, and corporate locations throughout the Oklahoma City area.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, want to build communication and sales skills, and are looking for a clear path to advancement . No prior experience is required — paid training is provided .

As a Brand Ambassador at Tempest Elite, you will:

• Represent client brands professionally during B2B events, campaigns, and on-site meetings

• Engage decision-makers to explain client products or services and communicate value propositions

• Qualify interest, gather accurate lead information, and support lead generation efforts

• Execute targeted outreach campaigns including territory coverage, appointment setting, and follow-ups

• Deliver brand-consistent messaging while tailoring conversations to different industries and roles

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on goals, messaging, and target accounts

• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up schedules (training provided)

• Track basic KPIs such as leads generated, meetings set, and campaign feedback

• Assist with light logistics for appointments and events (materials, confirmations, schedules)

• Maintain a high level of professionalism at every interaction — punctual, prepared, and courteous

Qualifications
This is an entry-level opportunity , and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework a plus)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional presence and positive attitude

• Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

• Comfortable initiating conversations with business professionals

• Organized, reliable, and able to manage appointments and follow-ups

• CRM or sales experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to commute to meetings, events, and campaigns in the Oklahoma City area
