JOB SUMMARY:
The Boyce College Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Assistant Coach will work with the Head Cross Country Coach to fulfill the mission of the institution in developing students for leadership and ministry; encourage excellence in discipleship, witness and ministry through athletic competition; developing a philosophy and practice of sport that is consistent with Biblical revelation and excellence; establish a platform to attract students to function as ambassadors for the school; and enhance student life at the college.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

EDUCATION:
The person in this position should have a bachelor’s degree.
EXPERIENCE:
The person in this position must have collegiate playing experience. Collegiate coaching experience is preferred.
