About the Blockchain & Crypto Technical Lead position

Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Blockchain & Crypto Technical Lead to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial portfolio showcasing their expertise in the digital realm, acquired through freelance or agency positions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of development experience with a strong focus on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchange platforms.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing open-source crypto solutions, smart contracts, and secure distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and related programming languages; familiarity with additional languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing development teams, agile project methodologies, and code quality standards.
  • Solid understanding of security, database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), API integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and lead the end-to-end development of the cryptocurrency exchange platform, incorporating robust open-source solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain systems and smart contracts.
  • Oversee agile development processes, conduct regular code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in security and software quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, etc.) to align technical initiatives with business goals.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging blockchain trends and technologies to enhance and future-proof the platform.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements..
