We are looking for a highly experienced Senior BIM Lead to join our team remotely or in our San Francisco office. The Senior BIM Lead will be responsible for leading our BIM technology initiatives on larger projects (over $10M) and coordinate between several parties including an external modeling team.
Position Overview:
The Senior BIM Lead will be responsible for leading the coordination of BIM models for our projects. The Senior BIM Lead will collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of projects. The Senior BIM Lead will also be responsible for coordinating with an external team of BIM Modelers and providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field preferred
3+ years of professional experience in BIM modeling and design
Proficiency in Revit
HVAC/Mechanical/MEP experience highly preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
