Our approach brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative environment where our clients and their families can thrive.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team! You will work alongside an on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance social, communication, and adaptive living skills for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
$20 - $24/hr . Depending on experience and certifications
Bilingual pay differential possible for those who qualify
Work Schedule:
We are accepting applicants for both full-time and part-time positions, with scheduling typically ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
Scheduling weekdays between 7:45am – 4:15pm
No late evenings or weekends required
Paid documentation and admin time built into the day
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions using creative and play-based teaching methods
Support a wide range of behaviors in a collaborative environment
Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions
Qualifications:
6 months minimum experience working as an RBT preferred
Current RBT certification preferred
If not currently RBT certified, ability to pass certification exam and become certified within 90-days of hire, required
Ability to pass a background check, reference checks, and ability to obtain Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and AZ Article 9.
Empathy and compassion for children, particularly those with developmental delays.
High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the work day.
Ability to commit to at least 6 months of continuous employment without changes in availability.
Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
