Baldan Group is a European leader in beauty, pharma, and medical aesthetics, with over 280 sales reps across Europe. We’re now expanding into the U.S. and looking for  motivated, sales-driven Beauty and Sales Consultants to join our team in the USA.

Role Overview

As a  Beauty and Sales Consultant , you’ll be on the road visiting beauty and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists and, dentists, promoting Baldan Group’s advanced aesthetic devices. You’ll perform live demos, build strong client relationships, and grow sales in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and promote Baldan Group’s devices and treatments.
• Conduct product demos and training sessions.
• Develop new business and manage client accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams for events and workshops.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in  beauty, aesthetics, or medical device sales .
• Knowledge of devices like  radiofrequency, laser, or body contouring .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel.
• Existing client network is a plus.
