This Is a Demanding Role
Surya Spa, in Santa Monica's Proper Hotel, needs an energetic, steady, extraordinarily organized and detail-oriented person, positive and solution-driven, able to handle and resolve internal and external problems, and, be at least initially versed in Ayurveda, and be absolutely interested in helping the many clients, staff, and therapists, liaise with Martha in person, and via text/email/phone/and Slack.
The role also involves assisting Martha and clients in the production of herbal formulas for home use and treatments (recipes provided).
Finally, the role involves the challenging responsibility of keeping Martha on time as she moves through her days, and provide the needed support as she works to help all the people she is constantly helping.
It's in fact crucial that the person in this role cares about others' well-being -- their health, their lives, and has the unflagging energy and dedication to help Martha in her efforts.
The culture at Surya Spa is familial, warm-hearted, and caring. This role, in particular, requires real dedication, and the ability, while understanding the need of work-life balance, still be able to fully commit to the help Martha requires, in the work she does.
