Automotive Salesperson job at Nielsen Kia of Newton Newton, NJ, US

Job Description

Nielsen Kia of Newton is looking for a couple of sales representatives to join our team. These people will be actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to sell our product and/or services. Kia products are in high demand, we have a huge inventory to sell from along with access to over 400 used vehicles. We also have a large ad budget driving customers to our website and showroom along with a great location. Advancement opportunities always present themselves within our group. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate, promote, and sell new and used vehicles.
Develop and maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
Self motivated and looking to make money.

Requirements:

Some sales experience needed; But will train
Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
Advanced skills in customer service, communicating, selling and negotiating
Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
some computer knowledge needed
bilingual a plus
