Description of the Role: The Automotive Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Volvo vehicles at Volvo Orland Park in Tinley Park, Illinois. This role will require excellent communication and customer service skills to assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs. Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Provide information about vehicle features, models, and specifications
• Conduct test drives and accompany customers during the process
• Negotiate pricing and financing options
• Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of vehicles, including technical specifications
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Driven and motivated to meet sales targets
