In this particular case, your used car sales management expertise is only important if you are experienced in continually motivating, training and working with the sales personnel and customers. This is not a behind the scenes position... We need someone who has worked with a vAuto, First Look or AAX type inventory management system and a candidate who can appraise vehicles using these tools. Most importantly, we need a sales manager who enjoys face-to-face and over-the-phone interaction with our sales staff, customers and prospects!
