We have an immediate opening at Crown Eurocars in Pinellas Park, FL for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager in our well-structured and successful used car department. In this particular case, your used car sales management expertise is only important if you are experienced in continually motivating, training and working with the sales personnel and customers. This is not a behind the scenes position... We need someone who has worked with a vAuto, First Look or AAX type inventory management system and a candidate who can appraise vehicles using these tools. Most importantly, we need a sales manager who enjoys face-to-face and over-the-phone interaction with our sales staff, customers and prospects! This is unlike any other used car management position as much of the inventory responsibilities are taken care of by a team of experts handling all the ‘heavy lifting’. • At least Five (5) years in a dealership sales environment with Two or more (2+) of those years as an Automotive Sales Manager where daily one-on-ones were a major focus
• Experience in an inventory management tool such as vAuto, First look or AAX
• Should have excellent training, desking and internet sales process success
• Use current technologies to achieve sales goals
• Heavy background in used vehicles and appraisals, required
• Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership
