• Mastering our proven sales process from prospecting to delivery

• Making 50+ outbound sales calls per day to drive business

• Presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned inventory to customers

• Building strong relationships and turning buyers into loyal clients

• Staying up to date on new products, incentives, and training

• Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including 12+ units per month

• Maintaining high CSI scores and delivering a top-tier customer experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A team-player mindset with a drive to win

• Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and professional appearance

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Average Sales associates earn over $85,000/year
