Primary Purpose

Provide superior customer service while selling quality new, certified, and pre-owned vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide an outstanding customer experience through preparation, attitude, and teamwork.
  • Build relationships to create customers for life
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Point out vehicle highlights and take customers on test drives
  • Quote accurate payments options to customers
  • Follow up with customers to obtain referrals and repeat business
  • Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership
  • Maintain and update customer information in company databases
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in sales/retail sales preferred
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to pass manufacturer tests
  • Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including: bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
  • No driver's license suspensions in last three years
  • Available to work Saturdays until 4pm
