Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on vehicles while following our meticulous blueprinting process. This involves creating detailed and comprehensive repair orders that go through multiple reviews to ensure accuracy and quality. We provide ICAR training for any candidate that shows a willingness to learn and grow!
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform auto body repairs using advanced tools and techniques.
· Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles and develop repair plans.
· Create detailed repair orders through our blueprinting process.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
· Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
· Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
· Proficiency with auto body repair tools and equipment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· ICAR Certifications are a major plus.
· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
