Estate Planning & Real Estate Associate Opportunity - Acclaimed Mid-Size Practice Group

An established commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment and solid client base across varied practice areas, is currently seeking an Estate Planning & Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team full-time.

The firm maintains a team-based environment and provides a solid path to partnership.

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses, and benefits suite.

Originations are incentivised, and business development is encouraged supportively.

Skills and Requirements:

* Law career background in estate planning and real estate
* Applicants must be licensed in TX, in good standing, and able to work in-office in Austin
* Big law experience desired for this role
* Good tenure with previous firms
* Embracive of collegial law firm environment that values diversity and inclusion
* Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
* Ability to work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
* Desire to work in a professional, respectful and organized environment
