We are hiring an Associate Project Manager (Contractor) who will serve as a key partner to our Product, Design, and Engineering teams. This role blends project coordination with light UX/UI design support , making it ideal for someone with a project management mindset and a creative eye. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, curious, and proactive—ready to jump in and make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Figma—comfortable creating components, styles, and mockups
Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, or similar project/task management tools
Strong interest in web-based product design and user experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Exposure to Agile workflows and/or experience in education technology or LMS platforms
Experience participating in user research or usability testing
A portfolio (personal, student, or freelance work) that demonstrates design thinking and creativity is a plus
Contract Details
Compensation: $35-45/hr
Hours: 40 hours/week expected
Contract Duration: 6–12 months
