Associate Attorney - Business Litigation - San Diego, CA

A boutique law firm in San Diego is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1-2 years of experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group. Responsibilities:

* Support senior attorneys with a wide range of business litigation matters.
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
* Assist in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
* Perform document review and analysis.
* Participate in client meetings and maintain communication with client representatives.
* Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and other court proceedings under supervision.
* Collaborate with the legal team on case strategy and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

* Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
* 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation.
* Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
