$90,000 plus periodic performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload spanning ordinance violations, criminal traffic, misdemeanors, and low-level felonies, delivering comprehensive representation from precharging through trial.
- Conduct rigorous legal research and craft compelling motions and briefs.
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings, ensuring thorough preparation from initial appearance to trial.
- Engage with prospective clients through phone consultations, demonstrating empathy and expertise.
- Foster trust with clients, opposing counsel, and judges through clear communication and exceptional legal acumen.
- Drive business growth through networking, creative lead generation and promoting our firm's reputation.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorney to strategize and achieve optimal case outcomes.
- Stay up to date on legal developments and trends to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and Wisconsin Bar admission.
- Experience in direct client representation, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to firm growth and community impact.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a major plus. Fully bilingual preferred.
