• Handle a diverse caseload spanning ordinance violations, criminal traffic, misdemeanors, and low-level felonies, delivering comprehensive representation from precharging through trial.
• Conduct rigorous legal research and craft compelling motions and briefs.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, ensuring thorough preparation from initial appearance to trial.
• Engage with prospective clients through phone consultations, demonstrating empathy and expertise.
• Foster trust with clients, opposing counsel, and judges through clear communication and exceptional legal acumen.
• Drive business growth through networking, creative lead generation and promoting our firm's reputation.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorney to strategize and achieve optimal case outcomes.
• Stay up to date on legal developments and trends to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and Wisconsin Bar admission.
• Experience in direct client representation, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to firm growth and community impact.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a major plus. Fully bilingual preferred.
