We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Personal Injury Defense to join our team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Casualty/Personal Injury cases, providing exceptional legal services to our clients. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our dynamic legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage a portfolio of Casualty/Personal Injury cases from inception to resolution.
· Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide insightful and strategic advice to clients.
· Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other related materials.
· Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
· Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and updated on case progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
· Admission to the California State Bar.
· 2+ years experience in Personal Injury Defense.
· Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
