Associate Attorney

Position Overview
Our client is a firm in LA looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support various legal functions, including business immigration, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters, while gaining hands-on experience and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing legal documents and cases for litigation
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in various practice areas
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and immigration filings
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice under supervision
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues and strategies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and changes in relevant law

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the state bar association of California 
• 4+ years in business immigration, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property law
