Associate Attorney

Position Overview
Our client is a firm in LA looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support various legal functions, including business immigration, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters, while gaining hands-on experience and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing legal documents and cases for litigation
Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in various practice areas
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and immigration filings
Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice under supervision
Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues and strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and changes in relevant law

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the state bar association of California
4+ years in business immigration, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property law
