Associate Attorney
Position Overview Our client is a firm in LA looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support various legal functions, including business immigration, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance matters, while gaining hands-on experience and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in preparing legal documents and cases for litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in various practice areas
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and immigration filings
- Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice under supervision
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal issues and strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and changes in relevant law
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the state bar association of California
- 4+ years in business immigration, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property law
