About This Opportunity :
An Art Director on the social team should have a deep understanding of the social media space. They should be
able to partner with a copywriter to conceptualize and execute creatives that are optimized for the social medium –
Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok & Facebook primarily.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Possess an understanding of design for short format videos – layout, typography, colour and animation.
Create contemporary digital led layouts with strong typography and animation/motion cues.
Participate in brainstorm sessions and work with the team towards creative solutions
Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in the English language
Must be familiar with American culture and vernacular
Remain current with the latest style, graphic, industry and technology trends and apply this to projects
Look-up and research for a stronger understanding of different media.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years at an Advertising agency, Social Agency or Design house (with digital)
Experience with working on Mac OSX / iOS / Apple operating system
Proficient at Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design tools. Experience with Aftereffects
and/or Premier Pro is a bonus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
