Has multi-unit management experience , preferably in retail, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
Demonstrates a proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations.
Has a strong track record of operational excellence , including P&L management and process optimization.
Is passionate about coaching and mentoring managers to improve performance and drive business growth.
Excels in problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning .

Your Role

As an Area Manager, you will:

Oversee operations in Bloomington, Normal, and Peoria locations, ensuring consistency and high performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to achieve operational and sales goals.
Monitor financial performance , including budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Implement and enforce company policies , ensuring compliance and best practices across all locations.
Drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement .
