What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances to ensure optimal functionality
• Complete work orders efficiently to maintain a comfortable living environment for residents
• Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring apartments are move-in ready
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Work closely with the maintenance supervisor and team to meet the community’s needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in apartment maintenance, property management, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
