We are a growing start-up company looking for an experienced Amazon Flex Expert and Mentor to join our community. As an Amazon Flex Expert and Mentor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to individuals interested in becoming successful Amazon Flex drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance and mentorship to individuals interested in becoming Amazon Flex drivers
• Provide insights, tips, and best practices for maximizing earnings and efficiency
• Assist with navigating the Amazon Flex platform and understanding the requirements and expectations
• Share strategies for optimizing delivery routes and managing time effectively
• Support individuals in resolving issues and challenges that may arise while working as an Amazon Flex driver
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Flex policies and procedures

As an Amazon Flex Expert and Mentor, you will be part of a community that revolves around various side hustles, such as:

• Content Creation - YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
• Reselling and Thrifting - eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and others
• E-Commerce - Amazon, Shopify, and personal online stores

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Amazon Flex driver
• Excellent knowledge of the Amazon Flex platform and operations
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to provide clear guidance and advice
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Passion for helping others succeed
