Job Description

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Amazon Specialist to manage and manipulate data efficiently while being able to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes. 

Responsibilities

1. Helium 10 Expertise [keyword research, listing optimization etc]

2. Amazon Flat Files Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon flat files for listing creation and updates

3. Keyword Indexing, Ranking, and Monitoring:  Implement strategies for effective keyword indexing and ranking.

4. Product Launch Expert:  Proven experience in planning and executing successful product launches on the Amazon platform.

5. Replenishment Inventory Management: Manage Amazon replenishment inventory, including creating new shipments and optimizing stock levels.

6. Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to learn and master new tools and techniques quickly in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape.

7. Amazon Reporting and Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to analyze Amazon reporting data.

8. Appeal Writing Skills: Write compelling appeals based on provided inputs to address any issues or challenges that may arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Amazon Marketplace Manager or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of Helium 10, Amazon flat files, and replenishment inventory processes.

• Strong understanding of keyword indexing, ranking strategies, and product launches.

• Proficiency in Amazon reporting, advanced Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
