Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of AirBnB listings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage booking inquiries, reservations, and guest communications efficiently.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
- Act as maid for house cleanings and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest ready.
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to optimize pricing strategies.
Requirements: - Proven experience in property management or hospitality, preferably with AirBnB.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple properties.
- Familiarity with property management software and booking platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest relations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Pay: 15% of net sales + $200 per clean
