About the Role:
Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences? We are seeking a dedicated AirBnB Property Manager to oversee (1) stunning vacation rental property.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of AirBnB listings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Manage booking inquiries, reservations, and guest communications efficiently.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
Act as maid for house cleanings and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest ready.
Monitor guest reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to optimize pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management or hospitality, preferably with AirBnB.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple properties.
Familiarity with property management software and booking platforms.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest relations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
Passion for hospitality and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Pay:
15% of net sales + $200 per clean
