We are currently looking for an Aerospace Engineering Intern. As our Aerospace Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our team, contributing to the development, testing, and implementation of advanced aerospace systems. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aerospace industry, working on real-world projects that impact the future of aviation. The internship will be about 10-20 hours/week for fall 2024.
What you get to do:
Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of aerospace systems and components.
Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects.
Collaborate with engineers to develop technical documentation and reports.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for project improvements.
Support the integration and testing of aerospace hardware and software.
Perform other duties as assigned by the engineering team.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
Basic understanding of aerospace principles and materials.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or project experience in the aerospace industry.
Familiarity with aerospace simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
Experience with prototyping and testing aerospace components.
