(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Oncology/Chemotherapy - Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner Springfield, Missouri (AOCNP |Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner Certification)

We are seeking a Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner to work with a well-respected hospital. The provider would work in collaboration with the Physician and provide treatment plans for Oncology Patients including overseeing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products and supportive therapies. Excellent collaborating physician support and experienced and tenured staff. The provider can work a 5|8s schedule or flexible shift schedules. For both full-time and part-time candidates, the hospital offers a great benefits package starting from day one; including health, dental, vision, retirement plan with matching contribution, LTD, STD, wellness program and retention bonuses. Excellent PTO and accrual program, CME Allowance and paid time off for CME. Compensation range of $100,000-$130,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a $5,000 signing bonus and relocation package. About The Job

This is a full-time Advanced Practice Provider position working in Medical Oncology

In collaboration with an Attending Physician, the Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for the direct care of a population of patients admitted to the hospital. Specific responsibilities include overseeing the administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, and supportive therapies; and coordinating|communicating all aspects of care with patients|families and the healthcare team. Applicant must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to function independently.

Education
Masters degree in nursing and Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner Certification

LICENSES And CERTIFICATIONS
If chosen candidate is an Advanced Practice Nurse:
APRN: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri, required.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support-CPR) certification
Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
