Extrusion Machine Operator.

Location: Union, MO.
Schedule: Full-Time.

Gateway Extrusions is a leading aluminum extrusion manufacturer committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our production team.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts (4x10s).
• Friday: 8-hour shift (overtime).
• Total: 48 hours per week, including 8 hours of guaranteed overtime.
• Note: This schedule reflects current business needs. Overtime may decrease in the winter, but for the foreseeable future, Friday work is standard.

Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion press machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and adjust equipment to meet production quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required (we provide training).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Willingness to work overtime as scheduled.
