POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking Residential Counselors to work at our adult residential treatment facility. We are seeking individuals passionate about supporting adults in early recovery.
Residential Counselors (RCs) play an integral role in Fora Health Residential Program by providing oversight and support to patients. The RC is responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment for our patients, demonstrating healthy models of communication, ethics, and professional boundaries. Responsibilities include administering medication and assisting with day-to-day activities. Duties also include monitoring the behavior of our patients and intervening when necessary. Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative and problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

HOURS AND PAY
We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and on-call positions. All shifts available including day, swing, nights, and weekends available. The hourly rate for this position is $19.45-$23.03 (depending upon experience). This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime compensation.
SIGNING BONUSLOCATION
This position is an on-site position at our SE Cherry Blossom location in Portland, Oregon.
