Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with good typing skills who enjoys working with data and ensuring accuracy. You'll be responsible for entering and managing data, supporting administrative tasks, and occasionally conducting simple internet research. This is a remote, work-from-home position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain spreadsheets to track important information and sales.
Update and maintain the database by entering new and updated account information.
Ensure data accuracy by following established data program techniques and procedures.
Verify and correct data entries as needed.
Provide occasional administrative support as required.
Assist with special projects that involve large volumes of data entry.
Perform data entry in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Prepare and verify information before data entry.
Handle entry-level administrative support related to the data entry function.
Manage high-volume data entry tasks and ensure timely file management.
Conduct routine audits and make necessary data entry corrections.
Operate data entry devices for keypunching and verification tasks.
Train new team members on data entry systems and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in data entry.
Ability to store and organize hard copies of data for easy retrieval.
Proficiency in basic PC skills.
Reliable internet connection.
Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Must be a resident of the United States.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 16.00 21.00 Per Hour
