Vending Concepts in Fort Worth, TX is looking for an admin assistant to join our team. We are located at 1001 Miller Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. MUST ADD SALARY HISTORY.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct telephone calls
• Receive and direct visitors
• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Data Entry, Invoicing, collect and process payments, basic accounting
• Complete misc. duties as they arrive on a daily basis
• Package outbound mail and packages
• Maintain inbound and outbound mail and packages
• This is a Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm position, that is mainly sitting. Also, looking for someone who will show up on time every day.

• Friendly personality w/ great people skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Must be able to Multi-Task with minimal errors
• Quick books, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Docs experience a PLUS
