Payroll Analyst ( Oracle) - Entry Level (Career Transition Opportunity)

Role: Payroll Analyst (Oracle)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing payroll using Oracle systems by entering, reviewing, and validating employee data (e.g. hours worked, bonuses, deductions).
• Maintain accurate payroll records in Oracle, ensuring data updates for new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Run basic payroll reports and help reconcile payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring payroll practices follow legal and company policies, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to employee inquiries about pay, taxes, and deductions, escalating complex issues to senior staff when needed.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to coordinate accurate data transfer and support month-end or year-end reporting.
