Pearce, Bevill, Leesburg, Moore, PC is looking for a full time accounting systems assistant. The qualified candidate must have bookkeeping experience and some experience with systems such as Intuit Enterprise, Sage Quantum, Mas 90, Timberline, Juris, PC Law or equivalent. Candidates must be able to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines as well as adapt to the ever changing technological field. The ability to communicate and interact with people of multiple personalities is expected at both the client and co-worker level. Organization skills are imperative.
Experience linking third party software and writing import files is a plus, and experience with job costing would be beneficial.
Individual will need to be able to travel the local work area on flexible hours when needed.
