Perform general accounting duties in a fiscally responsible manner in support of the Non-Profit Agency's mission.
Full-time / Monday-Friday / Outstanding benefits package
Qualifications: BS (preferred) in Accounting, or AA in Accounting / related work experience. Understanding of basic Accounting principles. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Excel. Ability to learn customized accounting and reporting software. Detail oriented with focus on meeting deadlines. Understanding of the non-profit/social services sector.
Essential Functions: Accounts Receivable for multiple entities owned/operated by the Agency. Reconcile Banking and Accounts payable. Working directly with Property management, Manager of Grant accounting, Finance Director and able to collaborate with other staff members and work in teams. Understanding of Yardi Breeze property leasing software.
Must have a current and valid Driver License, automobile insurance and access to a vehicle.
