Account Executive - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 70k/year - Seattle, WA

• Our client, is a fast growing mechanical servicing company. They have an immediate opening for an Account Executive, to handle territory within 50 miles of Seattle, WA They are a tight-knit group and are looking for someone that aligns well with their company culture where everyone feels supported and valued.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, the Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business. The Account Executive will work closely They have top of the line technicians to support the team and are looking for a professional who will put the customer first.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2+ years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary in the 60k - 70k/year range and an uncapped bonus/commission structure and continue to grow in the coming years. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO, and much more.
