Your role In your role as a Customer Operations Intern you will: Work with Task Management team members to gather workflow requirements and configuring tasks that the business teams can successfully utilize.
What you will bring with you You are a motivated and driven student who is currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and you must have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
For this position, you need to bring what you have learned in your pursuit of a bachelor's degree and a desire to learn how you can impact the process and workflow for key initiatives at Spectrum.
This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. It's a full-time, 10-week commitment from
May 28, 2025 , through
August 1, 2025 . This internship is located in Maryland Heights, MO.
Skills and experience required for this role include:
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Ability to work 100% in office
- Analytical skills
- Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
